Q:
 Do I need to buy / sell /rent / to let a property or a parking space through Midland Realty to apply to become a member of Midland Club ?
A:

No. Anyone can apply for membership for free. There are two membership tiers:

Gold Members - Those who had sold / purchased / leased / rented properties (except carpark), or used services from the designated members, associated or related companies of Midland Group (including Midland Realty, Midland IC&I, Midland Global, Midland Financial Group, Midland Immigration Consultancy and mReferral) can apply for the Gold membership.

Silver Members - Any person who is over 18 years old can apply for the Silver membership.

Upgrade : For Silver members whom meet the application criteria for Gold membership can upgrade to Gold members.

Applicants must complete the application form of the Midland Club and agree to abide by the Membership Code and our Personal Data Collection Statement.

 Are those who previously bought /sold /rented / to-let properties or parking spaces through Midland Realty automatically becoming members?
A:
 No. Applicants must complete the application form of the Midland Club and agree to abide by the Membership Code and our Personal Data Collection Statement.
Q:
 Is there an age limit for membership?
A:
 Yes. Applicants must be aged 18 or above.
Q:
 Any membership fee required ?
A:
 No. The successful applicants are eligible for a free membership.
Q:
 How to join Midland Club?
A:
 Applicants should read the membership code carefully before completing the application form. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older and must complete the application form of the Midland Club and agree to abide by the Membership Code and our Personal Data Collection Statement. If the information provided by the applicant is incorrect or incomplete, Midland Club reserves the right to disapprove the membership application.
Q: What are the members' privileges?
A: Members' privileges include points reward scheme, merchants' offer, members' activities and eNews. For the details of point reward schemes, please refer to Members' Point Scheme for details.
Q: How to get an e-membership card?
A: Member can login to the membership account on Midland Club website and click “E-Card” at the top right corner.
Q: How to earn points (Commission points)?
A: Members who has successfully bought / sold second-hand residential and / or non-residential properties (except carpark), or used the services from following members and associates of Midland Group, every HK$1 commission / service fee paid can be converted into 1 point:

  • Midland Realty (Shops II) Limited; Midland Realty (Comm. & Ind. II) Limited; Midland Realty (Comm. & Ind. III) Limited; Midland Realty (Comm.) Limited
  • Midland Immigration Consultancy

Applying for loans through mReferral, the approved and withdrawn loan amount is converted into 1 point for every HK$300.
Q: How long are points valid for?
A: Points are valid for 3 years and shall be invalid after the expiry date.
Q: How to redeem points?
A: Member can Log in to the membership account and click Redeem Rewards on the Midland Club website, select the type and quantity of cash coupons to be exchanged and fill in the mailing address. After approval, the cash coupon will be sent to the mailing address filled out by the member within 6 weeks by regular mail.
Q: How to amend address and contact number?
A: Member can send the original membership information (including member‘s name, membership number etc.) along with any updated information to Midland Club via email or call 2844 8280 during the office hours (Mon – Fri 09:30 - 18:00, except public holidays).
