- All participants must aged 18 or over.
- Each person can only participate once, and repeated participation will be disqualified.
- Participants shall successfully register as a member of the Midland Club on or before 30 April 2021.
- Participants must abide by the rules, terms and conditions and other relevant regulations set by Midland Realty International Limited (“Midland Realty”), and ensure that all information provided is true and valid, without the usage of any third party information or false accounts. Violators will be disqualified from participating and receiving prizes without any prior notice.
- All information collected by the Promotion Event (including the Midland Realty's collection through third-party social media platforms) will be used in the Promotion Event and for the purposes listed in the "Personal Information Collection Statement" (“PICS”) in the Midland Realty's website (https://www.midland.com.hk/privacy.html). Participants confirm that they have read and agree to the terms of the Promotion Event and the PICS once they participate in the Promotion Event.
- Midland Realty is not responsible for any delay, loss, error or unrecognizable information submitted by participants due to technical problems such as computer failures and computer network incidents.
- Midland Realty reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions of the Promotion Event at any time, including suspension, change or termination of the Promotion Event at any time without prior notice.
- Midland Realty is not a provider of insurance products and insurance services, and is not responsible for any matter of Initial Premium Discount Offer, relevant insurance products and services. Fubon Life Fortune Bright Saver Splendid Premium Discount Offer (The “Initial Premium Discount Offer”)
- The Initial Premium Discount Offer is offered by Fubon Life Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited ("Fubon Life"), and the insurance application is arranged by Midland Financial Planning Limited (“Midland Financial”).
- Fubon Life is the underwriter of Fortune Bright Saver (the “Plan” / the “Policy”). Please refer to the Product Brochure and the Policy Provisions of the Plan for definitions, product features, benefit coverage, product risks and other terms and conditions. The Policy Provisions shall be final.
- To be eligible for the Initial Premium Discount Offer, customers who participated in the Promotion Event must meet the following criteria: (i) the application form of the Policy must be signed on or before 30 April 2021 and applied through Midland Financial; and (ii) the Policy must be approved and issued by Fubon Life on or before 29 June 2021.
- The premium discount of the Initial Premium Discount Offer is 10.4% of the initial premium of the Policy. If the payment mode is annual, the applicable initial premium for calculating the premium discount is 12 months’ premium. If the payment mode is annual with prepayment, the applicable initial premium for calculating the premium discount is 12 months’ premium.
- The premium discount is only applicable to the initial premium of the Policy. Any prepaid premiums will not be entitled to the premium discount.
- Where the annual premium mode is chosen, the customer can pay the discounted initial premium at Policy application. If the annual with prepayment mode is chosen, the customer can pay the discounted first-year premium together with the required premium for the remaining Policy years at Policy application.
- If the Policy is cancelled during the cooling-off period, Fubon Life will only refund the actual amount of premium paid by the Policyowner. For details of the cooling-off period, please refer to the Product Brochure of the Plan.
- The premium discount is non-transferable and cannot be returned, exchanged for other items or redeemed for cash.
- Fubon Life reserves the absolute right to accept or decline any applications for the Plan based on the information provided by the proposed Insured Person and Applicant at the time of application.
- Fubon Life reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Initial Premium Discount Offer or withhold the Initial Premium Discount Offer without prior notice.
- The Initial Premium Discount Offer is distributed in Hong Kong only and shall not be construed as an offer to sell or solicitation to buy or provision of any insurance of Fubon Life outside Hong Kong.
- Fubon Life is authorized by the Insurance Authority to carry on long-term insurance business in Hong Kong. Fubon Life is a private company limited by shares incorporated and registered in Hong Kong and its registered office is situated at Suites 301 – 303, 3/F, 12 Taikoo Wan Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong.
