This offer is valid from now till 31 December 2023 (“Promotion Period”). To enjoy this offer, a Member must present a valid Midland Club e-membership card before making payment. This offer does not apply to existing clients. This promotion applies to ALL types of safe deposit boxes provided by Far East Vault. 3-months security deposit payable by the Renter upon signing of the Safe Deposit Box Rental Agreement. The deposit will be returned to renter upon termination of service. The Renter ensure that the Box will not be used, for any illegal or unlawful purpose or for the storage of any food, livestock, perishable goods, explosive, fire arms, ammunition and articles and/or materials which are inflammable, dangerous and/or of an offensive, obnoxious and/or corrosive nature. All access to the Box will only be permitted during the operation hours and the specified assigned time slot as FEV may impose at all times and from time to time. The Renter may appoint Authorised Persons. The Authorised Persons shall be granted access to the Box and to remove and/or place the items from/into the Box on the Renter’s behalf. The Renter undertakes not to assign, sublet, underlet or otherwise part with possession of the Box to any other person(s). A limited quota will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. This offer is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Midland Realty and Far East Vault reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without notice.
